MUDRAS CARDS FOR BODY MIND OR SPIRIT

MUDRAS CARDS

MUDRAS ✦ YOGA ✦ MEDITATION ✦ ENERGY ✦ MINDFULNESS ✦ INNER BALANCE

Mudras for Body, Mind & Spirit by Gertrud Hirschi is a beautifully illustrated set of 68 cards, created around the traditional practice of mudras—specific hand and finger positions used within yoga and meditation. The exercises are designed to be simple and portable, allowing the mudras to be practised almost anywhere.

The 68 cards are colour-coded into different areas of focus, including physical wellbeing, stress, mental refreshment, emotional balance and spiritual development. Each card introduces an individual mudra and its theme, making the deck an accessible way to explore this fascinating aspect of traditional yoga practice.

One of the most interesting features of the set is its versatility. Gertrud Hirschi describes the cards as suitable not only for practising mudras, but also as meditation objects, daily reminders and even as an oracle—you can intuitively draw a card and explore the message or guidance that speaks to you that day.
