How much is delivery in South Africa?
We charge a flat rate of R 89.00 delivery fee anywhere in South Africa - door to door.
If your order is over R700.00 then we will deliver your goods for FREE.
How long does delivery take?
Our couriers collect orders Monday - Friday. (Excluding Public Holidays)
Delivery times from when courier collects:
Cape Town Deliveries: Approx. 1 - 2 working days
Main city centres in South Africa take approx. 1 - 3 working days.
Outlying & remote areas take approx. 1 - 4 working days.
How long does it take to send an order?
A maximum of 3 – 4 working days for custom made pieces.
How can I get a tracking number for my order?
Once your order is processed and our courier is booked, you will automatically be sent a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.
Should you not receive a tracking number within 2 working days after placing your order, then please Contact Us with your full name or order number. (Please check your spam email just in case)
Why hasn't my order arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the time-frame specified try the following:
- Please check your order confirmation email & ensure your delivery address is correct.
- If you were out at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you or try deliver again the next day.
- If you still require assistance with your delivery then please Contact Us with your full name or order number. We’ll reply within a few hours (during working hours) and try our best to locate your parcel with the courier company.
Can you send my order to an address that is different to my billing address?
Yes, if you would like your order delivered to an address that is different to the billing address, then simply stipulate the delivery address details in the shipping column when you check out.
This is perfect if you prefer your order to be delivered to your office, a friend or if it's a gift.
Can you send my order to a P.O box instead?
We deliver door to door anywhere in South Africa. However, if you are unable to receive your package at a physical address, then we will happily assist by sending your order to your nearest Postnet or PEP.
Should you wish to use Postnet or PEP, simply let us know which store you would like your order delivered to in your order notes on the check-out page or Contact Us for additional assistance. Orders to Postnet or PEP are sent within 1 - 3 working days.
